Creative Code Budapest // online #1

Details
Hey!
This is going to be our first online meetup!
Creative Code Budapest is a community meetup for new media artists, pixel tinkerers, arduino masters, nerds, habitants of virtual and augmented realities and curious people.
Our mission is to spread knowledge about computational art, build bridges with other disciplines, support each other's projects and, maybe, inspire you to start your own... 🙂
Our meetups are free and open to all, regardless of age, origin, gender or experience. They are an opportunity to meet likeminded people, share inspiration and get creative together in a relaxed and safe environment. Beginners and first-timers should feel especially welcome!
This time we will have two inspiring talks, and afterwards we can hang out in the online space if we feel like.
The first speaker will be Ágnes-Karolina Bakk, the founder of the immersive storytelling conference and magazine: Zip-Scene and is a co-founder of Random Error Studio, a lab that supports various VR productions. In 2016 she started her PhD studies at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest having a focus on analogue and digital immersive environments. She is currently an immersive media researcher at Innovation Center - MOME.

And the second presentation will be by Samu Setényi. He is from XORXOR, works with new technology to make art and design works that continue the tradition of human expression and craftsmanship in a meaningful way. Samu will introduce us to Mestometer, which is a project initiated and designed by Samuel Velebný to make a digital interactive installation that simulates the decision-making processes of urban economies.

We are excited, we hope to see you there!
