What we're about

We offer fun, creative programs, which help people relax, and connect to themselves and their communities. Each event involves creativity: music, art, poetry, yoga, writing,drumming... Our focus is on doing a creative activity in a laid-back group setting. Each event is led by an expert in their field.

Our aim is to create an environment in which people can have fun, express themselves, let go of daily stresses and make new friends. We welcome all levels of expertise - beginners welcome! Our events take place all over southwest Florida.

Join us to relax the body and mind using breathing and meditation. In this class we will use breathing and meditation techniques to calm the nervous system and clear the mind. Breathing techniques lower the heart rate and relax the body. By using meditation and mindfulness, we are able to focus and redirect thoughts, providing relief from constant thoughts and worry. This is a beginner level meditation class. no experience is necessary. We will begin with introductions, have an overview of meditation and then do a guided meditation. Participants will leave feeling calm, relaxed and connected to the group.
