Yoga & Meditation For Cancer Survivors Sponsored by Pink Ribbon Club With Darcy

This is a yoga and meditation class specifically for cancer survivors. No experience, no problem! We welcome anyone who wants to learn. Class sizes limited to 10, because Covid is still a thing. But if you don't register in time, no worries! We will also be hosting this class on zoom each week, so you can always attend online.

Please not that from 6:30-7:00 will be the Yoga section of the class, and 7:00-7:30 will be devoted to meditation. You don't have to do both!
