I create a vegetarian brunch menu using seasonal ingredients straight from the huerto de Valencia. Expect a delightful mix of fresh, light, and creative dishes that celebrate the flavors of spring.

My focus is always on the purity of the ingredients, letting their natural flavors shine. You’ll discover how much depth and complexity can be found in simplicity. My food is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, always with a personal touch and a few unexpected twists.

Payment information
For special requests, allergies, or specific preferences, we are at your service. Please contact us in advance so that we can accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. As we are not a traditional restaurant, we kindly request your understanding for a prepayment.
Upon receipt of payment, you will promptly receive a reservation confirmation and the location. If the event of an unforeseen cancellation, the full amount will, of course, be refunded. You can prepay via bizum, paypal or bank transfer. Just tell me, what you prefer and I send you the payment information.
