Visual Art Meditation Workshop

• What we'll do
Hi everyone, I'd like to invite you to a series of visual guided meditation session. It's something I've started doing myself and it's very fun and relaxing. Basically we get to paint whatever comes to mind as we listen to a guided meditation audio file. It's a great way to boost your creativity and relax. I'd love to see what you think about it, so I'm hosting a session this coming Thursday. All the art material will be provided. All you need to do is show up. We'll have a brief intro, then paint for about an hour and share our chef d'oeuvre at the end. No experience necessary :)
