📝Session structure at a glance
• 10 minutes – Warm welcome and intention setting
• 20 minutes – Journaling to relaxing music with optional prompts
• 15 minutes – Optional sharing and listening circle

🧘🏻‍♀️Overall vibe & guidelines
• This class is only offered virtually.
• This is a low-pressure, high comfort place to be with the option to be off or on camera.
• Attendees must be over the age of 18. For reference, organizer is in her early-30s.
• Everyone will get a chance to speak and share (if desired); however, it will be popcorn style and we’ll move through things quickly. No awkward silences or pauses.
• No forced mingling, no selling, and no energy-draining interactions.
• Note: FEEDBACK on your shared entry will not be provided unless explicitly requested, which means you will not received “good” or “bad” comments from the attendees. We’re just here to receive your journaling insights no matter how it comes off the page.
