Make a Self- Portrait Collage
Details
This time we're making self-portrait collages, building a picture of you.
There's something really fun about seeing yourself in paper, colour, and texture instead of a mirror. Cut clean shapes or tear rough edges, pull from patterned papers, magazine clippings, painted scraps, and whatever else speaks to you, and layer it into something that feels like your own little portrait. There's no single way to do it, which is exactly the point.
Want to keep it personal? Make one that represents you. Feeling social? Pair up with someone and make a portrait of your new friend. Either way, you're creating something uniquely yours.
Work at your own pace, chat with the people around you, take it wherever you like. Materials are provided. No art experience needed. Just come curious.
