Waxing Moon at the Crossroads: Autumn Ritual Celebration

Space 2033 invites you to gather at this time - the turning of the wheel into the dark half of the year - with ritual and community.

As we near the full frost moon and sink deeper into fall, with reverence, remembrance and gratitude we welcome this cross-quarter time and place of the in-between.

Our circle forms at the waxing gibbous moon (full 8:34am est Nov 12) near astronomical and astrological Samhain (midway between fall equinox and winter solstice, and Scorpio midpoint, Nov 7 this year).
We meet at 4pm on Sunday the 10th.

For some this dark half brings the new year.
Many people have traditions and ways of being at this time on the earth, near and far, old and new.
Inside the sanctuary space here we honor all names for this time of year and all that aligns, and all are welcome.

In this month of November, a time of crossroads, the liminal, and the final harvest, we honor the ancestors and our beloveds who walked the earth, and our deep inner sense, transitions, and truth.

In a restful atmosphere, with regard to nature, the elements, the human condition and the interconnectedness of life and well-being, we welcome space for introspection, reflection, shedding, and expression.

With this mourning moon and these falling leaves we practice letting go and transforming, and sink with a deep sigh into our depths, where there is space to be deeply and gently held as we feel our way into the moon and starlight.

Close to earth, wind, water, and the hearth, we gather together and into ourselves.

There will be guided meditation, journey & ritual/ceremony woven throughout, and a deep fall altar, calling on themes of this dark half of the year.

(Kids are loved and welcome....but do check in about it first - this is geared for adults, and part of it will be focused meditation and ritual which may include themes around death/passing/transition. Feel free to message.)
