This month's Healing Art theme is "Forgive & Let Go"
This workshop is open to women looking to tap into their creativity while delving deeper into their inner selves. We will use a variety of expressive arts mediums as tools for self-exploration and healing.
There is absolutely NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED because it's not about the art. It's about using creative modalities that encourage honest self-expression in a safe, soulful, healing, supportive space. This is not a "How To" type class but rather an intuitive creative expression class. No two pieces of art will look the same because each woman will produce their own unique piece.
This community-building event is perfect for women seeking spiritual healing and a sense of connection with like-minded individuals in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
Come engage in a unique blend of art, meditation, writing, and reflection that fosters spiritual and personal growth.
The workshop will consist of:
- Introductions/check-in
- Meditation & music
- Writing
- Art-making
- Journaling
- Self-Reflection & Connection
Art supplies will be provided.
For this workshop please bring:
- A journal or notebook to write in and a pen.
You may also bring your favorite art supplies or an art journal if you prefer to create in that.
