Ivanna Turianina: Becoming a Mother / Exhibition opening

As part of the "Adopt the Space" program, an exhibition of paintings and photographs by Ivanna Turianina Becoming a Mother will open on Thursday, August 21st, starting at 8pm.

The exhibition can also be viewed on Friday, August 22nd, from 10am to 7pm.

Motherhood is often portrayed as a beautiful, seamless journey, but the reality is more complex. It’s a journey filled with emotions—anger, pain, guilt, love, strength, loneliness, and gratitude—all existing simultaneously.

I want to manifest my personal strory of loses, findings, and beautiful scars. I want it to be a reminder that no woman is ever truly alone in her experience.
