A quiet space to slow down, read, and connect

This meetup is an invitation to slow things down. Slow Reading Sunday creates a calm and welcoming space to read without rushing and to meet people in a relaxed and natural way. There is no pressure to socialize, no expectations, and no performance.

We meet at Eszenzia in Charlottenburg, in a quiet and dedicated space designed for presence. It is a place where you can sit comfortably and take your time. Reading slowly is not only allowed here, it is encouraged.

You are welcome to bring whatever you are currently reading, or to choose a book from the space. There are books available in both English and German that you can use during the session.

How the afternoon unfolds
We arrive calmly, get settled, and order something at the venue.
We spend a long and uninterrupted reading session in silence, sharing the space while each person stays focused on their own reading.
At the end, there is time for an easy and optional exchange.

Participation is free and requires no preparation. Please remember that we are guests at the venue, so plan to order something on site.
