Welcome to our team!!!
Today we’re running a special session for **Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month**.
This session is open to everyone (not just men!) and is created in collaboration with Run your Mind Club - UK. We’ve been in touch with them and they kindly shared their concept for this month with us, so we can bring their meaningful approach to our CMR community today!

*“This is all about normalising conversation; talking about the things we all think and feel but don’t always know how to bring up. Each run focuses on a specific topic, with simple questions to guide conversations with the person you’re running alongside.”*

Our CMR session will follow the same spirit.
We’ll have a **special topic** and **optional** **question strips** to help us connect and reflect while running. After the run, we’ll continue with our traditional **Creative Coffee** to keep the conversation going.

It’s time to encourage men to open up and speak more freely about their health and well-being.
