It’s public holiday! Our session will start 30 minutes later today !!!

NEW IN TOWN or LOOKING FOR CREATIVE ENERGY ? Join us at Place du Capitole for a fun 3K/5K run! + a Saturday per month!!!

For this session we’ll meet at 8AM

It's the perfect way to meet new people, boost your energy and spark your creativity. 🏃‍♀️🏃🎨☕️ Afterward, we gather at a café to explore new ideas! we sketch, draw or simply try something new.
There are always laughs and of course, amazing coffee! ☕️
Fridays include a bit of strength training to kick off the weekend!
