I’m Lina, a creative mind in Toulouse who loves cappuccino, exercice, arts and I enjoy sharing them with you! 😊

Welcome to our regular CMR session.
Every Monday & Friday at 7:30am we meet at Place du Capitole for a 3K/5K run through the city.

It’s the perfect way to meet new people, boost your energy and spark your creativity. 🏃‍♀️🏃☕️🎨
Afterwards we grab coffee, laugh and get creative.
Fridays we add a little strength training to kick off the weekend right 💪

No pace requirement. No artistic experience needed.
We enjoy trying new things together.
Just show up, we'll handle the rest.
