Los próximos 4 y 5 de julio impartiremos en Espai ANANDA (Pineda de Mar) una experiencia poco habitual:
SHAMANIC BODY
An Alchemy of Body, Myth & Transformation
Un laboratorio intensivo de dos días guiado por Coco Villarreal (México) y ORKA / Orlando Whales (España).
A través del Butoh contemporáneo, la improvisación y las prácticas performativas, exploraremos el cuerpo como un territorio vivo de imaginación, memoria, presencia y transformación ancestral.
Trabajaremos con:
* Presencia y escucha corporal
* Imaginación y transformación
* Principios del Butoh contemporáneo
* Improvisación guiada
* Composición instantánea
* Imagen, mito y movimiento
* Relación entre cuerpo, emoción y espacio
* Creación individual y colectiva

On July 4–5, we will be offering a rare and immersive experience at Espai ANANDA (Pineda de Mar, Barcelona):
SHAMANIC BODY
An Alchemy of Body, Myth & Transformation
A two-day intensive laboratory guided by Coco Villarreal (Mexico) and ORKA / Orlando Whales (Spain).
Through contemporary Butoh, improvisation, and performative practices, we will explore the body as a living territory of imagination, memory, presence, and ancestral transformation.
We will work with:
• Presence and embodied awareness
• Imagination and transformation
• Principles of contemporary Butoh
• Guided improvisation
• Instant composition
• Image, myth, and movement
• The relationship between body, emotion, and space
• Individual and collective creation
