At our Creative Speaking events you'll practice stepping into vulnerability and tap into your authentic self in front of a group of supportive individuals.
🤝 Together we'll learn how to:

* Be comfortable speaking outside your comfort zone on all sorts of things
* Be confident speaking in front of an audience
* Tap into your authentic self and speak from the heart
* Tell your story
*

✅ Format:

1. Short meditation before we begin
2. We all submit random questions/topics into a bucket anonymously
3. We each pull from the bucket and begin a 30 seconds to 2 minute improvised speech
4. Constructive feedback and support
