Join us for an inspiring journey of creativity and healing through our 14-week Creative Therapy Group led by Bailey Frederking Serrano at Bridge Family Therapy. This unique therapeutic experience uses Julia Cameron's transformative book "The Artist's Way" as a foundation for personal growth and creative recovery. Each 90-minute session blends mindfulness practices, free creative expression, supportive group sharing, and psychotherapy insights to help you unlock your creative potential while fostering emotional healing. Limited to 12 participants ages 18+, our intimate group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:30pm, May 21st through August 27th, 2025 (no meeting July 23rd). Whether you're looking to overcome creative blocks, process emotions through artistic expression, or simply explore the connection between creativity and wellbeing, this group offers a supportive environment to nurture both your artistic spirit and personal growth.
