Creative Walk and Yoga with John Moran - Parque dos Poetas, Oeiras

Join us for a gentle, reflective Creative Walk through Jardim dos Poetas — a garden where poetry, sculpture, and nature meet in quiet conversation.
We’ll gather at Quiosque dos Poetas and slowly wander its paths, guided by soft visual prompts and the theme of inner blooming — the kind that arises after stillness, burnout, or long transitions.

Midway, we’ll pause for a 40-minute yoga practice to ground and restore body and mind.

No artistic experience needed — just curiosity and openness. Along the way, we’ll:

• Notice blooming moments in nature and within
• Sketch or write intuitively (or simply observe)
• Pause for breath, stillness, and gentle prompts
• Share quiet connection, with space for silence

We’ll close with a relaxed café moment nearby — or under the olive trees, if the mood feels right.

Guest host bio:
Jonh is a lifelong student of Hatha Raja Yoga. After a career in professional and high-performance sports, he discovered in yoga a path of healing, presence, and well-being. Today, he shares what he calls Humble Yoga: a simple, mindful, and intentional practice that invites connection through breath, music, and inner transformation.

What to bring:

• A sketchbook or journal (any format)
• Your favorite pen, pencil, or colors
• Water/snack if you’d like to linger longer
• (Optional) a quote or poem that feels like “blossom” to you
• Comfortable shoes and a yoga mat

This walk is for visual thinkers, gentle creatives, burned-out hearts, and anyone longing for a slow, soulful reset in kind company.
