Lisbon - Color Hunting! 🎨
Details
A Color Hunting Walk is a slow, creative walk where we train our attention on color as it appears in the city.
Instead of walking to get somewhere, we walk to notice.
We look for:
- colors on walls and tiles
- unexpected contrasts
- plants pushing through concrete
- shadows at golden hour
- fading light, reflections, and accidental palettes created by the city itself
Participants are invited to hunt for color, pause when something catches their eye, and translate what they see through simple sketching, color swatches, words, or symbols.
No art skills are needed — this is about perception, not performance.
## 🌈 Practical details
We’ll begin with a short grounding moment at Impact Hub Penha de França, then walk slowly through the neighborhood towards Alameda, allowing the route to unfold naturally through pauses and observations.
The pace is gentle. Silence is welcome. Sharing is optional.
## ✨ This walk is ideal if you want to:
- reconnect with your creative attention
- slow your nervous system at the end of the day
- experience Lisbon through color, not productivity
- arrive somewhere feeling more present than when you left
## ✏️ What to bring
- a sketchbook or loose paper
- any drawing or coloring tools
- comfortable shoes
## 🧭 Important to know
- this is not a guided tour
- no drawing instruction is given
- you are free to observe, sketch, write, or simply notice
## ☀️ Connection to CreativeMornings
This walk takes place on the evening before CreativeMornings Lisbon, happening the next morning at 8:30 am.
If you’re attending CreativeMornings, this is a gentle way to slow down, tune your senses, and arrive already connected to your creative attention.
The morning’s theme is Camino.
