FEEDBACK FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS
"Virginia guided Creative Wellbeing with an array of exercises which allowed participants to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas as well as offer time for personal reflection and play. I enjoyed the balance of being in community with others, sharing experiences and the freedom that the activities gave me. It was a relaxed and inspiring series of workshops."
”Virginia created a gentle and nurturing space within the workshops where we could experiment with new materials and practices, be playful and silly, and express ourselves without judgement. I often felt myself returning to memories of childhood joy - regaining a sense of delight in creativity that I had lost as adult responsibilities and professionalism have crept into life. The variety of movement and arts practices Virginia offered throughout the workshops and the spaciousness to follow my own instincts allowed me to integrate and process all of the thoughts and feelings I was bringing in from the outside world and to come out of the workshop with inspiration and clarity around my own practice."
"Virginia created space for me to play in companionship — with her, with the lovely other participants, and with all sorts of messy delightful materials. It reinvigorated my creative practice. I’m very grateful.”
