Character Development and Character Arc

In this meeting, our group will discuss character development.

Describe a character, real or fictional, contemporary or historical.

What stands out to you?

Do they have a particular strength or sense of purpose?

What are their weaknesses or flaws?

How do these characteristics affect the arc of the story?

Do you want the reader to like the character, or dislike her?

These are the issues that we'll be discussing at our next meeting.
Please come join us and share your ideas with the group. I'll send
out a couple of emails pointing to reading material on the topic
before the next meeting.
