Motivational Idea Exchange

Bring one idea that motivated you. Take home many more.

What has motivated you?

It could be a thought, a sentence, a personal realisation, an experience, a technique, a story, or simply an idea that made you think differently and move forward.

Motivational Idea Exchange is a continuing series of one-hour interactive sessions where people come together to share and exchange the ideas that motivate them.

This is not simply a motivational lecture. Everyone can contribute.

What Will We Do?

During the one-hour session, we will:

• Introduce ourselves and the idea-exchange concept
• Share thoughts and ideas that have personally motivated us
• Explain why particular ideas affected us
• Exchange different ways of motivating ourselves
• Discuss how one idea may inspire different people differently
• Develop new motivational ideas together
• Choose an idea from the session that we would like to remember and use

You do not need to be a motivational speaker, trainer or expert.

Just bring one idea that has genuinely motivated you.
