This is a simple and practical class on using clear thinking to understand Biblical ideas about negative influence, temptation, thoughts, choices and decisions.

We will learn how to:

• catch the exact thought or message
• check whether it is true
• understand where it is leading us
• notice harmful patterns
• avoid rushed decisions
• think about the result before acting
• choose a better action

We will use easy real-life examples so the ideas are simple to understand and useful in daily life.

The aim is to recognise harmful influence early, before it becomes a poor decision.
