• 6:40 pm: Beyond Imagination: Crafting Magical User Experiences at the Intersection of AI and XR by Sylvan
  Beyond imagination lies a new frontier where AI and XR converge to create truly magical user experiences — enabling users to recreate based on the reality through multiple input modalities. This talk will explore how AI-powered content generation and user interactions, combined with XR’s spatial context, are redefining what’s possible when we design experiences that respond to human creativity in real time.
• 7:20 pm: Harnessing the immersive power of XR to build embodied audience interactions in a live performance setup by Clemence
  Clemence will talk about her practice at the intersection of dance and technology, especially through her company Unwired Dance Theatre. She will dive into the techniques she has used in the past years to make robust shows that work beyond the lab. Far from a sales pitch, she will uncover the (sometimes ugly) realities of making interactive work at scale on a shoe sting.
• 8:00 pm: Sonification of IoT Sensor Data by Suyash
  Data sonification is a fascinating blend of art and engineering transforming data into meaningful sound. In this talk, Suyash explores his creative workflow for translating real time sensor data into immersive sonic experiences. Using Raspberry Pi, Arduino and smart phone, he will demonstrate how streaming data can be sculpted into dynamic soundscapes through creative coding and machine learning powered algorithms. Whether you're a musician, technologist or just curious, this session will open your ears to a new dimension of data.

Speakers:

Xiaofan (Sylvan) Shen is an XR Producer at Emmy award-winning studio No Ghost, having collaborated with Meta, PwC, and various creative studios on XR projects. In her personal time, she's a creative technologist and writer. She is a 2x hackathon winner, with the recent win at XRHack 2024, and has presented at AWE EU 2024 and USA 2025. She explores the intersection of AI and XR for creative user experiences, development pipelines, and product development.

Clemence Debaig is a French artist based in London. She is a dance artist, maker and creative technologist, and she is the Artistic Director of Unwired Dance Theatre. Clemence is also a lecturer and researcher at Goldsmiths University. Her work spans across physical and virtual spaces and explores notions of control, empathy, and intimacy - questioning how technologically mediated interactions influence human behaviours. With a background as a dancer and creative technologist - and a previous career as a UX designer - she brings a unique perspective to choreographing interactive and participatory experiences.

Suyash Joshi is a creative technologist and developer advocate at InfluxData. He is experienced software engineer with a passion for creative coding and building community around art and tech. With a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Game Design from Goldsmiths he combines technical depth with artistic flair. He is also a performing magician and organizer of Creative Code & AI meetup.
