### 🗓 The facilitator:
Hi, I am Ann, I have walked the path from burnout and grief back to joy. It was through nature, photography, and reflective journaling that I began to truly understand myself — creating small, beautiful moments and using them to reconnect with myself. As a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Life Coach, and trained Journal Therapy and Look Again Mindful Photography Practitioner, I am passionate about helping others do the same.
Whether you are feeling inspired, stuck, or simply need a mindful moment CreativelyReflect is here to hold that space for you.
