Session 1 - DRU YOGA & DEEP RELAXATION SAT 1PM
If you haven't tried Dru Yoga, it's an absolutely beautiful, really accessible, gentle but EXTREMELY potent yoga! It’s based on flowing movements, directed breathing, and visualisation. It improves strength and flexibility, creates core stability, builds heightened feelings of positivity, and deeply relaxes and rejuvenates your whole being. It’s also gentle, relaxing, and focuses on facilitating the body to release, no need to push or force.
Session 2: WHOSE THOUGHTS ARE THEY ANYWAY? THE BODY-MIND CONNECTION EXPLAINED
Following my live yoga session I’m back at Elevate LIVE for an interview session where I’ll explain the link between the organs in the body and the ‘types’ of thoughts that you have, and how each pair of organs in the body (organs are paired together into what we call ‘Elements’) all come with a distinctive voice.
Thus, instead of trying to disown our thoughts or transcend them, we can look at the pattern of them - and how the pattern mimics nature - and understand what the thoughts are telling us as an extension of the physiology of the body.
