This interactive session is designed to help you anchor into what matters now and apply a decision-making process you can return to whenever things feel unclear.

We’ll begin by mapping out competing images of the future — the different directions or possibilities that may be pulling you. From there, you'll be guided through a series of focused micro prompts that help you evaluate each option or priority through distinct criteria — making it easier to see what truly aligns with your current needs and context.

This session is open to all, but it will be especially helpful if you’ve recently been in a situation where you’ve felt pulled in different directions or slightly destabilized, and are trying to make a decision. Bring those decision points with you — and during the session, we’ll work through them together using the process. Sharing is always optional.

Join us for dinner with Justin H. Lee, who will share insights from the Archetype Axis Framework—a practical map for understanding how four core energies (Ruler, Warrior, Magician, Lover) influence our ability to lead and create change.

Drawing from over a decade of work with transformational groups across three continents, Justin explores how these archetypal forces show up in our work and lives, why certain patterns keep us stuck, and how to cultivate a harmonious inner kingdom where these energies support rather than sabotage each other.

This evening is for those curious about the deeper patterns that drive transformation work and interested in moving beyond one-dimensional approaches to leadership.

Meet at 8:45a at Creativitea
Escape the city for a day of natural beauty and cultural discovery in Doi Saket! We'll explore a stunning botanical garden, visit a serene mountaintop temple, and unwind at natural hot springs.
Here's our itinerary for a day of relaxation and exploration:

8:45 AM: Meet at Creativitea for a prompt departure.
9:00 AM: Our van departs Chiang Mai for Doi Saket.
10:30 AM (approx.): Arrive at Tweechol Botanical Garden. Spend time wandering through its diverse plant collections, beautiful landscapes, and unique attractions. (Entrance fee applies: 86 THB for adults).
12:30 PM (approx.): Drive to Pan's Farm. We'll stop here for lunch and enjoy the farm's peaceful ambiance.
2:00 PM (approx.): Visit Wat Phra That Doi Saket. This beautiful temple offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and a serene atmosphere. (Entrance is free, donations are welcome).
3:30 PM (approx.): Head to Doi Saket Hot Spring. Relax and rejuvenate in the natural hot spring waters. There are private bath options (paid).
5:00 PM (approx.): Begin our drive back to Chiang Mai.
6:00 PM (approx.): Arrive back in Chiang Mai (arrival time may vary slightly depending on traffic and time spent at each location).
What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, swimwear (if you plan to use the hot springs), a towel, water, and cash for entrance fees, lunch, and any personal purchases.
