Gratitude Offering (Despacho) for Spring

In this workshop, we will engage the community in a uniting and healing
ceremony involving the creation of a despacho. Despacho is the Spanish word for a ritual offering made with reverent intention in sacred reciprocity (ayni) for that which has been given to us. It is a creation and offering of gratitude for all the blessings of life, which we can sometimes take for granted.

Despachos are most often created to honor and give thanks to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apukuna (Mountains). They can also be done as offerings for good luck, marriages, births, deaths, prosperity, and new homes or jobs.

Join us for the first in a series of gratitude practices as the weather gets nicer! Donations are optional. The workshop will be held outside (weather permitting), so come prepared for the temperature!
