Objective | 目的:
The primary goal of Creators Beyond Code is to empower software developers and engineers to not just focus on coding, but to think creatively and holistically about delivering value to the consumers of their creative products. The group will provide guidance, support, and practical resources for developers who are technically skilled but find it difficult to in turn their ideas into real-world valuable solutions, products, or businesses.
Creators Beyond Codeの主な目標は、ソフトウェア開発者やエンジニアがコーディングスキルに注力するだけでなく、クリエイティブな製品を通していかに消費者に価値を提供することができるかを、創造的かつ総合的に考える力を持てるようサポートすることです。このグループは、技術的なスキルは高いが、自分のアイデアを価値あるソリューション、製品、ビジネスに変換することが難しいと感じている開発者に、ガイダンス、サポート、実践的なリソースを提供します。

The group will focus on hosting a variety of events, including:
Meet-ups, Workshops & Seminars:
- Topics: Entrepreneurial thinking, product development, leadership, market research, etc.
- Guests: Experienced entrepreneurs, and startup founders
Hackathons & Idea Labs:
Collaborative sessions where members can:
- Work on and solve challenging technical problems
- Collectively pitch, brainstorm, and refine startup ideas.
Mentorship Circles:
- Pairing developers with successful tech founders and business experts to provide one-on-one guidance.
Fireside Chats:
- Intimate conversations with tech entrepreneurs who have successfully transitioned from coding to founding startups.
