October Guided Hike - Backwoods / Indian Hill

Meeting place/parking: Backwoods by Kettle Ridge Farm

Difficulty: moderate with some hills

The hike route is about 3 miles, starting at the Backwoods parking lot. We will hike in the area of Indian Hill while checking out the private trails on the Backwoods property. (Thank you to Backwoods at Kettle Ridge Farm for allowing us to use the parking lot!) This hike is moderately difficult with a few hills. When tested, the route was dry, but has the tendency to get wet in areas after rain.

What to bring: Sturdy footwear (waterproof if it rains a few days before the hike), Appropriate layers for warmth, Rain Gear / Sunscreen (weather dependent), Bug Spray, Water, trekking poles (optional)
