April Guided Hike - Orange Trail (Segment 1 of 3)

Special Event: Orange Trail End to End Challenge: In 2026, we will be hiking the entire Orange Trail, from Bushnell’s Basin to Hamilton Rd, in 3 monthly hikes (April, July and October).
Segment #1 - Rt250 to Bushnell’s Basin
*Please arrive earily - the bus departs the parking lot at 1:30*
Distance: about 6 miles
Difficulty: moderate to difficult
Parking: Bushnell’s Basin Trail Head Parking
We will meet at the Parking lot on Rt 96, just west of Aurora Brewing in Bushnell’s Basin for the April hike. Type “Bushnell Basin Crescent Trail Head” in your GPS. A town bus will transport hikers from the meeting location to the start of the hike where the Orange Trail meets Rt 250. We will then hike back to Bushnell’s Basin.
