This started out as a place where we can come together and support each other around mental wellness.

This is an intro to say hi and talk about things that are bothering you or where you are stuck and would love someone else's perspective on things

You don't have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing and feel free to be anonymous if you choose (no video) / different name etc. on the zoom
