Making Sense of Stream Processing in the Big Data Zoo

Abstract : The past few years have seen the emergence of many libraries, projects or frameworks aimed at making the processing of data streams, a lot easier in the "Big Data" ecosystem. Hence the rise of Apache Flink, Samza, Heron, Spark Streaming or the latest Kafka Streams.
In this session we will try to make sense of all this innovation, see where these frameworks shine and what are their shortcomings.
