BattleTech - The New Pinellas Expedition

Please RSVP beforehand. However, walk-ups will be welcomed if we do not reach the max player count.
Player forces will be skill 3 or lower and consist of one lance of four mechs. The lance of four mechs must be eligible for a formation (pg. 116 ASCE). Player rosters can only feature unites from the “Mercenary” roster with “IIclan” availability on MUL or players can choose one of the lance or star force pack products (players can only use 4 of the five mechs in the box). PV for players forces should be 200
The Story:
7 August 3132 will live in infamy in the Inner Sphere as Grey Monday. When 80 percent of the Hyperpulse Generator Network (HPGs) were disable by viruses or destroyed in mysterious terror attacks. With the HPG network down, galactic communication was shattered, and humanity entered a new dark age. Nations broke, war raged across the stars, and new Battlemechs were designed to fight. The dream of Stone’s peace was dead!
Two decades have passed with no answer in sight, however there is a slight hope. Interstellar Expeditions has heard rumors of a hidden research facility with a prototype HPG. This was created by the Star League on the planet of New Pinellas in the Periphery, during its golden age. With the Amaris Civil War this research station was lost among countless others. But by sheer dumb luck, a miss-jumping merchant caravan has found the lost jungle planet. Hiring whatever mercenaries, they can find near their base of operations on the planet Loyalty. Interstellar Expeditions has launched an expedition to this lost world.
It is January 3152 and there is hope for the Inner Sphere. Yet, what hidden dangers await these daring explorers and bodyguards on this lost world?
