This group is designed for individuals living with IBD - Inflammatory Bowel Disease, or who are caregivers and supporters of those with IBD. We have a passion for activities such as walking, biking, camping, and running. We provide a safe space for members to share their experiences, feelings, and tips for managing symptoms. Whether you're looking to train for a race or simply connect with others who understand what you're going through, this group is here to support you every step of the way.
