Rooms:

The rooms are 2 full size beds, Mini Fridge, WIFI

Meeting Room:

Wi-Fi, Keurig (Bring your coffee, and creamers) We will have the Keurig for you to use.

Doors open 10am Friday. Each registrant will receive the following:

5ft/6ft table (note this is the hotel sometimes they are 5ft sometimes 6ft table. But you will have that whole table to yourself!)

HOURS of operation Friday 10am-3am (we close the room on or before 3am)

Saturday 8am-3am, Sunday 8am-230pm

8AM Crop room re-opens

MEALS: BREAKFAST 10AM/DINNER 6PM

NIGHTTIME ACTIVIY Fun Derby Games!!

SUNDAY: CROP & DECOMPRESS

8AM Crop room re-opens

MEALS: BREKAFAST 10AM

Crop ends at 230PM.

Cancellation: If you cancel BEFORE March 4th, you will receive a full refund.

Otherwise, there is no refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who register.

COVID RESTRICTIONS- in today's climate we will be prepared for COVID and the precautions around COVID. If for some reason the governor of NJ and NYC have a shut down, the event will be rescheduled.

Everyone will have a 5ft to 6ft table! YES 5ft/6ft of glorious table space!
