This session is not strictly coaching, but all players will have time with the coach during the night to help them with their game. Please arrive on time so not to miss out!

**VENUE DETAILS**

* Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, Ledrington Rd, SE19 2BB
* The courts are on the North Balcony opposite & level to the main reception
* Cars: Free parking available in the venue car park
* Facilities - There are toilets and changing rooms (showers access may vary), and vending machine for refreshments. Please try to bring your own refreshments!

Please do not enter if you have not RSVP'd otherwise you will be asked to leave the venue and not permitted to play in future!

No Badminton Rackets are provided! If you need a racket you need to request 48hr in advance and make an advance payment of £5

You can only RSVP on this website! If the session is full, check back later for any cancellations. Cancellation/No-Show policies apply!

Cancellation/ No-Show policy - 48hr notice - 50% refund; 24hrs notice - 0% refund; No-Show - 0% refund + £2 fee

Waiting List - Please do keep an eye on any updates as you will be automatically added if someone cancels, and it is your responsibility to make your payment ASAP to secure your place. Cancellation/ No-Show policies apply!

If you cannot attend at short notice, please understand that it is not our responsibility to find someone to take your space to entitle you to any form of refund!

Please understand that a 'No Excuses accepted!' policy will be taken, and understand that purpose of the penalty system is to maintain the value of the session, and allow us to plan accordingly.

-Refunds - If you cancel your RSVP and you are applicable for a refund, it will only be given if requested in writing within 7 days of the event date!

You will need to state the session date and the correct refund amount. If your payment was made using online banking, then you will need to send account details for the refund too.

If the event is cancelled then you will receive your refund within 10 days of the event date

Dress Code, Well Being, Conduct & Equal Opportunity:

Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for indoor sporting activity. Ensure than your jewellery is also kept to a minimal, and avoid wearing large ear rings, chains or bracelets/bangles.

Your health and safety in important to us, so if needed please seek advice from your doctor before playing any sports.

You are also responsible for warming up/cooling down stretches to reduce the risk of strains/ injuries. Please understand that you play at your own risk as Crossfire Badminton Club will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred.

We welcome players of all backgrounds, and treat everyone equally with respect. This is also expected from our participants. If you fail to do this, you may be asked to leave the session, or even banned from future sessions
