How to Book!

  1. RSVP on Meetup
  2. Pay as per the options below (Collctiv or AutoPay)

Fees (before 4pm on Sat) via Collctiv

  • £15 Adults / £12.50 Juniors* (up to 17yrs)
  • Collcitv Payment Link > Collctiv (until 5pm).
  • No Fees: Make sure to opt out from paying a tip to Collctiv.
  • Note: If payment not completed before AutoPay becomes active (5pm), your booking will be withdrawn

  • £15 Adults & Juniors (AutoPay uses PayPal - fees inc)
  • RSVP, then be directed to PayPal. No account required, simply continue as a guest.
  • Note: At times AutoPay is turned on later, if so, use the Collctiv link straight away. A delay could mean your booking is withdrawn!

Session Details

Welcome to our Saturday Night Session! Where you can enjoy some great games with players of a similar high standard!

Level: Higher intermediate to Advance players only*
Courts: 4
Max Players: 28
Cost per player: £15 Adults / now £12.50** Juniors (up to 17yrs)

*Based on Level doubles ability. If your level is too low you will not be able to play in the session!
**Junior fee of £12.50 until AutoPay is switched on at 4pm on Sat

Toilet, Changing rooms and Showers Available
You MUST RSVP & Pay in Adv. to be able to play in the session!

Other Details:

  • Any cancellations after 4pm will not be refunded. However if the session is cancelled you will be refunded (or credited if preferred)
  • Unpaid bookings will be cancelled without warning when meetup is switched to AutoPay! You can rebook if a space is available!
  • Do not turn up without booking, and/or wanting to pay in cash.
  • The Waiting list is only available until Autopay is switched on at 4pm, after this is will be deleted. Check meetup to see if any cancellations

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You must RSVP on MEETUP, and then book & pay as instructed!
  • RSVP's before 4pm on Saturday pay via Collctiv immediately or you will be removed and need to follow below to rebook!
  • RSVP's after 4pm will only be able to RSVP via Meetup and pay via PayPal (no PayPal account needed, simply continue as a guest). Fee is the same for Adults & Juniors
  • If you plans change and you cannot attend, update your RSVP immediately!

DRESS CODE, WELL-BEING, CONDUCT & EQUAL OPPORTUNITY:

Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for indoor sporting activity. Ensure than your jewellery is also kept to a minimal, and avoid wearing large ear rings, chains or bracelets/bangles.

Your health and safety in important to us, so if needed please seek advice from your doctor before playing any sports.

You are also responsible for warming up/cooling down stretches to reduce the risk of strains/ injuries. Please understand that you play at your own risk as Crossfire Badminton Club will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred.

We welcome players of all backgrounds, and treat everyone equally with respect. This is also expected from our participants. If you fail to do this, you may be asked to leave the session, or even banned from future sessions
