Meet at Ryland Park, work out!

I will be working out near the playground. Start promptly at 8:30, finish at 9-9:15.

Everyone is welcome, it doesn't matter how out of shape you are. Come hopeful, try your hardest, and kickstart a great day.

I usually work out in the sandy area near the basketball court.
