FaithTech KC - AI and Expediting Bible Translation!

Bible translation remains one of the largest, longest-running language-technology challenges on earth. Thousands of languages still lack Scripture, many with extremely limited parallel data, complex morphology, and deep cultural nuance.
Shema YWAM is focusing on bringing AI tooling into spoken language and verbal expression, helping to highlight the culture and meaning of God’s Kingdom into their translation work. Join us as Edson Massamiti Suzuki and Marcia Suzuki discusses the differences between translating written languages and oral languages along with how they are speeding up the translation process, increasing the accuracy of translations, and making tooling more accessible.
