BRIDGE 2 WORLDS -A cultural project organised by IMA Foundation
IMA has been registered in 2019 in India and in London 2008. IMA Foundation has been at the forefront of promoting Indian artistic talent both in India and in the international arena since 2008. The stated purpose of the organisation is to “Champion the Cultural DNA of the Indian Nation” This was most significantly realised when in 2017, IMA was chosen by UNESCO to represent India at the World Humanities Conference in Liege, Belgium.
The BRIDGE2WORLDS series of projects was initiated since 2009 – the present. The intention is to help establish important connections between the past and contemporary art traditions, connect artists from different regions and cultures and most importantly to address the generational gap which exists in families between children and their parents through lack of mutual understanding and good communication.
In the upcoming exhibition to be held at the Karamel Gallery from the 23rd of January – 31st of March 2025. The opening evening will be on the 13th of February 6.00pm to 9.00pm

The exhibition features 35 UK and Indian artists highlighting how their backgrounds influence their artworks, resulting in works which draw from their past traditions as well as contemporary life and culture creating a unique set of artistic expression. The promotion of the art process for the general public will also be encouraged through art evenings, Charity Art Auction and workshops
which will be held at the Karamel Gallery throughout the year. Radha Binod Sharma has curated these exhibition and the related events. Radha is an established artists and has exhibited and curated exhibitions international and an expert on Contemporary Indian art.
