Welcome to a new dance/movement session in the heart of London's Crouch End!

Bring your Sunday morning to life at Sun-dance, the monthly Open Floor session led by experienced movement teacher, Julia Franks.

Each month we will focus on a different aspect of embodiment; take taking time to drop our awareness into breath and moving bodies; dance to specially selected playlists and create community together.

This is a hybrid events so not only will there be a friendly group of dancers in the room, there will also be an online contingent of dancers from all over the country, and the world!

After the session, you can enjoy the wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants outside the venue; visit Alexandra Palace market, or stroll in the ancient woodland of Queens and Highgate woods.
