What we’re about

Tai Chi is a form of soft, gentle exercise, without any strenuous movements. It requires no special equipment and has numerous health benefits.

Every Monday:  6pm - 7pm, 7pm - 8pm (Beginners Class), 8pm - 9pm.

Benefits include:

  • Stress relief.
  • Cardiovascular fitness.
  • Improved muscle tone.
  • Increased joint flexibility.
  • Lower blood pressure. 

Tai Chi can be performed either seated or standing, by individuals of any age or ability.

Venue: St Paul’s United Reform Church, Croham Park Avenue, South Croydon, CR2 7HF.
