It has been 400 years since British enslavement of Africans in the Americas, 1619-2019. Don’t miss this trip of a lifetime, a fully guided journey “back” to Africa! There will be an atonement and apology for all who were involved in the slave trade, but the focus will be on survival and learning about the Ghanian Culture, back to the root!

Highlights: Traditional Welcome Ceremony; Site-seeing Tours; Naming Ceremony - you will be given a customary African name. Participate in Panafest 2019 activities. Commemorate those who did not survive the slave trade; Learn how Kente Cloth is made, visit a Bead Factory; other Grass Roots tours, craft markets and shopping; beach time. Learn about the Ghanaian culture.
