Eliézer is an executive at [21.co](http://21.co/), parent company of 21Shares, the world's largest ETP issuer of cryptoassets. He’s spearheading the formation and execution of the digital assets strategy. He has helped grow assets from $20 million to over $6 billion by providing thesis-driven insights into crypto markets and patterns associated with the global economy and geopolitics. As Global Head of Research at [21.co](http://21.co/), under his leadership, he built the research desk from scratch. The research department pioneered and co-created frameworks including GCCS and data tools like real-time blockchain analytics to drive product innovation at [21.co](http://21.co/) and support financial institutions, journalists, regulators, and the community to navigate the cryptoasset industry. With over 10 years of experience in crypto, some of Eliézer's previous research papers featured in world’s leading organisations including RAND, a global policy think tank created in 1948 to offer research and analysis to the United States Armed Forces. He started his career in Venture Capital investing in seed and early-stage companies in New York, including a billion-dollar Fintech startup. He's also a guest lecturer on blockchain technology at universities and obtained his master's degree in International Business with Honors and wrote his master's thesis on how the Bitcoin network could improve financial inclusion in developing economies.
