​Sebastian Pedro Bea, OLY is President and Head of Investment at ReserveOne, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio management with a focus on disciplined, transparent, and institutional-grade digital asset solutions.

​Prior to joining ReserveOne, Sebastian served as President of Coinbase Asset Management, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s investment platform for digital assets. He was also President of One River Digital, a pioneering institutional digital asset manager, where he helped bridge traditional finance with emerging digital markets.

​Sebastian spent nine years at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, where he most recently served as Global Co-Head of Investment Strategy for Systematic Active Equity. In this role, he was responsible for driving global strategy and innovation across quantitative equity portfolios.

​Earlier in his career, Sebastian held senior roles in the Institutional Equities Division at Credit Suisse, gaining deep expertise in capital markets and institutional client management.

​With a track record of leadership across traditional and digital finance, Sebastian brings a unique perspective to the evolving digital asset ecosystem, grounded in rigorous investment discipline and institutional credibility.
