o Prior to Zcoin, he was a partner at a law firm, specializing in institutional frameworks.

• Rena Shah, Business Development, Binance.US
o Rena leads Business Development for Binance.US. She is an expert in emergent energy, sustainable protocols, fin-tech, and cross-border payments.
o She is an operating officer for management: scaling investment, global talent, community, and customer success. Her passion is to help companies optimally use cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations.
o Prior, Rena designed and operated offshore oil platforms around the world. She went on to manage billionaire Robert McNair's (NFL Houston Texans owner) energy technology portfolio. For fun, she runs her own 100% renewable energy cryptocurrency mining pool.
