after a long and cold crypto winter, we welcome the upcoming crypto spring with a series of meetups covering trending blockchain topics.
We will start with a talk about Blockchain for real estate. Since the ICO bubble burst, the focus shifted to regulatory compliant Security Token Offerings (STOs). One of the most promising use cases is the tokenization of real estate.

Our speaker Christian Heinz will give some insights about how to tokenize assets in the real estate industry and will share the experiences he made with getting approval from financial market authorities, such as BaFIN.
