Welcome to Empowered Sound—a monthly gathering space for anyone seeking calm, connection, and inner clarity through sound healing and community care.
Our group’s goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can relax, release, and restore their nervous systems using the healing power of sound. Each event is designed to help you reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and gently invite transformation—one breath, one vibration at a time.
We’re here to connect with like-minded souls who value self-care, spiritual growth, energy healing, and holistic wellness. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned seeker, you’re welcome here. Come solo or bring a friend—we love meeting open-hearted people on a healing journey.
At our events, you’ll be guided through a 60-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls, meditation, and gentle grounding practices. You’ll have the option to settle into a yoga mat or upgrade to our VIP heated massage table for extra comfort. After the session, we share light snacks, tea and refreshments, and time to connect or journal in community.

Come unwind with us on the last Saturday of the month for a deeply restorative sound healing session at Empower, led Echo Solstice. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle rhythms guide you into a state of calm, release, and alignment as we settle into summer’s warmth.
You’re welcome to settle in on a yoga mat, wrap up in a blanket, find a comfy chair, or choose a little extra comfort with our VIP Table Experience—a heated massage table designed to support deep relaxation and full-body surrender. Only two tables available, so grab your upgrade early!
