Find calm through simple, repetitive mark-making. In this gentle, therapeutic art class, you'll draw on small 3 in ch paper circles and squares using watercolor paint and paint pens. No drawing or painting skills required.Each mini-canvas becomes a few quiet minutes of creative practice, perfect for relieving stress and anxiety. Students will build a growing collection of meditative art pieces, each one a beautiful record of time spent slowing down.
